One of the most important ways you can help is to write to one of the guys, news and contact with the outside world is always welcome, it dosen't matter that you don't know them, just say "Hi" in a card or letter. Addresses are listed below and correct as of Apr 2019.
Please do not send anything with your letters, as this will generally be confiscated by the prisons and may stop your communication arriving!
